We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to spearhead our growth in Vietnam. You will be the cornerstone of our local operations, responsible for driving business growth and building the Algoter VN brand from the ground up. This role is a unique blend of Regional Manager, Team Leader, and IB Network Hub.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy: Drive net deposit and trading volume growth in Vietnam. Develop and execute local business strategies and partnerships.

Team Building & Leadership: Establish and lead a local operations and sales team in Vietnam.

Brand Amplification: We will support you in building and empowering a high-performing team. Your team will be professionally positioned as Algoter's “Cooperative Analysts / Training Instructors / Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs),” enhancing both market penetration and brand influence.

Who You Are

You are an experienced professional with a demonstrated track record in business development, sales, or introducing broker (IB) network management within Vietnam’s financial industry.

You possess and actively manage your own network of IBs, sub-agents, and/or direct clients.

A natural leader with the ambition to build and manage your own team under a globally recognized brand.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Vietnamese and English.
