2.考察各国家的市场开发,人流状况;Survey each country’s market development and human-mass flow (customer flow);
3.管理后勤部门人员和工作分配;Manage logistics department personnel and work assignments;
4.协助人事部门做好人员考勤、纪律、招聘工作;Assist the personnel department with attendance, discipline, and recruitment;
5.配合财务部门做好统计、收款工作;Cooperate with the financial department ;
6.配合清关物流部做好发货,清关,收货等事务;Cooperate with legal and logistics team regarding shipping, customs clearance, receiving, and other affairs;
7.领导组织处理意外紧急事故,并领导制定和实施紧急方案;
Lead the whole organization in dealing with unexpected emergencies and leading the development and implementation of emergency plans;
