Key Responsibilities:
Handle English business emails, documents, and website content with proficiency.
Assist in sales and marketing material preparation and translation using Word and PowerPoint.
Develop and organize marketing campaigns and related content.
Conduct customer outreach via phone and email to introduce company products and services.
Prepare quotations and contracts accurately.
Maintain and update customer information databases.
Provide support for marketing events, sales administration, and office administration tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Software/Hardware Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of sales or technical experience within the IT or textile industries.
English or Chinese can be used as the working language.
Willingness to occasionally travel within Mainland China and Vietnam-speaking regions.
Strong execution skills, proactive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
Based in Shaoxing, with business trips to Vietnam-speaking areas.
