- Coordinate with buyer/sourcing offices to complete all tasks related to customer RFQs and related subject
- Review sampling lead-time and comments, coordinate with factory & buyer’s development and sourcing team to ensure sampling shipments are met and fully documented
- Together with factory technician team and headquarter sales team to coordinate and review products samples
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure completion of PO and adherence to production schedules
- Source and procure necessary raw materials
- Assist products development and marketing functions as needed
- Assist headquarter sales team to prepare the product’s presentation for buying trip
- Process orders from sales team and arrange production sheet
