Job Description
1. Full-set Accounting & Reporting:Responsible for full-set bookkeeping of the Vietnam subsidiary; lead monthly/quarterly/annual closing; prepare financial statements in compliance with VAS
2. Cash Flow & AR Management:Manage cash flow, budget forecasting, aging analysis, AR reconciliation and collection, intercompany reconciliation
3. Tax & Compliance:Responsible for VAT, PIT, CIT filings, export tax refund declarations; liaise with tax authorities and auditors
4. System & Process:Proficient in SAP (FI/CO preferred); act as finance Key User to support system optimization and internal control
5. Documentation & Daily Accounting: Review statements, post invoices, reconcile payments, review orders and commissions, create receipt entries in system
6. Team Management:Manage and train accounting team; prepare financial analysis reports

Job Requirements
1. Education & Experience:College degree or above in Accounting/Finance/Auditing; 5-7+ years full-set accounting experience; MNC or foreign-invested company experience preferred
2. Language Skills:
o English: Intermediate or above (TOEIC 600+ or IELTS 5.5+)
o Vietnamese: Proficient
o Chinese: A plus; ability to communicate with HQ/Chinese partners preferred
3. Professional Skills: Proficient in full-set accounting and Vietnamese tax law;SAP proficiency is mandatory; proficient in Excel and office software
4. Personal Qualities: Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, able to work independently under pressure, good communication and collaboration skills
