销售总监

岗位职责：
1．全面统筹公司在越南及周边市场的电力板块国际业务，涵盖电力铁塔、镀锌产线、光伏新能源项目及电力工程等方向Full P&L and commercial ownership of Vietnam and nearby markets, covering steel towers/poles, galvanizing lines, power engineering, and solar energy projects;
2．主导越南市场开拓，精准开发目标客户，提升公司产品与品牌在国际市场的影响力；Lead market entry, localization strategy, and key account development with utilities, EPC contractors, and large industrial clients;
3．负责海外办事处团队的组建与管理，高效协调内部多部门资源，确保项目及订单高质量交付Build and manage the local representative office, ensuring alignment with international governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
任职资格：
4．8年以上电力行业国际贸易经验，熟悉海外市场运作模式；8+ years of experience in international sales or business development within the power or energy sector;
5．具备出色的国际营销战略规划能力，拥有成功市场拓展或重大项目落地案例；Demonstrated success in market entry, expansion, or major project execution;
6．拥有优秀的团队领导力、敏锐的市场洞察力及高水准的商务谈判技巧；Strong leadership presence, commercial acumen, and negotiation capability;
7．精通越南语，同时具备流利的中文或英文沟通能力。Fluent in English or Chinese; Vietnamese language skills are a strong advantage.
